Refund Policy

We provide returns and replacements for any damaged or incorrectly delivered serums. Please submit your claim within 2 days of delivery with a photo or video showing the parcel’s condition.

Return Eligibility: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Include the original invoice with your return. Returns must reach our warehouse within 15 days of delivery.

After verification by our quality assurance team, we will issue either a replacement or a coupon for future purchases.

Important Notes: Customers are responsible for safely returning items. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. We do not offer replacements for change of mind or preference. Instead of cash refunds, we provide coupons usable on future orders.
